No matter what, it will always be Hayley or Scott capturing your wedding day. If you have requested second shooters as part of the day, then we will use one of our local photographers/videographers to come help out on the day.

We never outsource our weddings to some random person, we ensure that we are always delivering the best quality photos/videos to you.

If your wedding or photoshoot is within 90 minute drive of central Queenstown, then there will be no travel fee for your booking.
We will always let you know prior to booking whether or not there is a travel fee on top of the package cost.

We travel all over New Zealand (even overseas) for weddings, so no location is off limits!

For weddings & elopements, our deposit fee is 30% of the package price.

For pre weddings, the deposit fee is 50% of the package price.

If you have a helicopter booking, there may also be an additional deposit fee required to secure in the helicopter landing. We will inform you prior to booking on what the deposit fee is for your specific package.

Absolutely! If you have certain vendors that you want to book or if you want to book yourself, then we are always happy to make any amendments to our packages to ensure you get the package that you want.

You can change any vendor in our packages except for our photography/videography services

In our pre wedding and elopement packages, we offer x1 backup day incase of bad weather. We keep a keen eye on the weather constantly and we will make a call if it is safe to shoot. Make sure you have left this backup day available as well so you are not forced to shoot on a possible rainy day.

Usually, we make the call on the weather either the day before or the morning of (depending on what you have booked).

We can shoot in light rain if there is no alternative. However, keep in mind helicopters will not fly so we will have to stick to ground locations if you have booked a helicopter landing.

The editing style in our photos has been carefully curated by us over years and years of editing. Our style is specific to us and is our way of expression.
We can make very minor alternations to the colours, but this must be within reason. Minor changes are things such as more warmth etc.
We want couples to book us as they love our imagery and the way we capture love.

We want you to embrace and love the way you are, so the short answer is no. Photoshopping takes a long long time to edit professional images. Our editing process only includes culling and basic colour correction.
If you want a few photos photoshopped, we can give you an additional price for this service but just warning you that it is not cheap!

As we are producing commercial video content, this means any music has to be legally licensed. We use music licensing websites that give us access to thousands of music tracks.

However, this does not include any popular music you here on the radio or Spotify. To give you an idea of costs, to license just a local NZ music artist for one wedding film with one song would cost upwards of $50,000!

Please please please don't even stress! OUR style of shooting involves a TON of movement and interacting with each other to get those candid photojournalistic images, rather than having you focus on the camera.

We love to get you walking, talking, laughing, just having one heck on a time. Your personality shows more on camera and removes any awkwardness!
