Predicting the weather is always the biggest variable when eloping outside. By offering all our clients one backup day for weather contingency in our packages, this means if we need to shift the day to the following day we can! This gives you piece of mind knowing that you can shift the date if needed. To make sure you are not stuck with any late change fees, if you need to postpone, this needs to be down 48 hours before the planned elopement date.

We are always keeping a close eye on the weather, and if you have a helicopter booked, we will be talking with the pilots to see if we can fly to any alternative spots.

For sure! We pride ourselves on being a resource to couples in many forms. We’ll team up with you to find the perfect location. It’s part of our role as your guide.

Absolutely! We strive to always be as flexible as possible for our couples. So if you are not sure if you want videography when you initially book, you can just book the photographer and book the videography closer to the day.

Please keep in mind that videography is subject to availability as we sometimes have multiple bookings on one single day.

Once you have confirmed your booking with us, we will get you to send us some reference photos of the type of bouquet that you like. Once you have this, we will then select from a range of our favourite local florists that best fit your preferred bouquet design.

If you don’t care what the style of your bouquet is, then we are happy to do this for you and we will give you a seasonal bouquet that fits in with current wedding trends/styles.

On the elopement day, either the bouquets will be delivered to your accommodation or you can pick them up yourself if you prefer.

We have a selected range of local celebrants who are fantastic and will take care of planning your perfect ceremony.

If there is a particular celebrant you want, you can let us know so we can reach out to them to see if we can include them in your elopement package!

Once you confirm your booking, your celebrant will be in touch with you to guide you through the ceremony planning process.

If you have booked a package with a helicopter landing, this can often be changed within 1 week of the elopement date if you change your mind and want another location.
